Shipping Policy

 

At Feierboun Coffeeroasters, you can choose between having your order delivered or picking it up yourself free of charge. Pick-up is available at our workshop in Bascharage or our shop in Luxembourg.

If you opt for pick-up, please schedule an appointment by contacting us via phone, SMS, or WhatsApp at +352 621 261 919. You can select your preferred option during the checkout process.

We handle all orders with the utmost care to ensure the quality of our products.

Delivery Information

  • Within Luxembourg: Deliveries are handled by Post Luxembourg. Orders placed before 11:00 a.m. for in-stock items will be shipped the next working day. Orders made on weekends or public holidays will be shipped on the following working day.

    • Delivery fees within Luxembourg depend on the region and total weight, calculated at checkout. Orders over €45 qualify for free delivery.

    • For the municipalities of Käerjeng, Dippach, Sanem, Pétange, and Differdange, we offer personal, free delivery regardless of order amount or weight.

  • Delivery time is typically 2-3 days, but we are not liable for carrier delays. If your order is delayed, please notify us via email at info@feierboun.lu so we can follow up with the carrier.

  • International Deliveries: We ship to Germany, Belgium, France, and the Netherlands via Post Luxembourg. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on region and weight. Orders over €90 qualify for free delivery.

Exchange and Returns Policy

At Feierboun Coffeeroasters, we are committed to customer satisfaction. We offer exchanges or refunds for products within 30 days of purchase if they present defects or non-conformities related to manufacturing or production, provided the items are returned in their original packaging.

While we strive to deliver high-quality products, please note that coffee is a natural product, and variations in taste, shape, and aroma may occur due to factors such as origin, harvest, or season. These variations are beyond our control and are not considered defects.

How to Claim an Exchange or Refund

  • Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

  • The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

  • If the product cannot be exchanged (e.g., out of stock or discontinued), a refund will be issued, excluding initial shipping costs. Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless another arrangement is agreed upon.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without providing a reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you, or a third party designated by you (not the carrier), receive the goods. For partial deliveries, the period starts when the last item or shipment is received.

How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal?

  • To withdraw, notify us with a clear statement (in writing or on any durable medium) of your decision to withdraw. You may use the model withdrawal form (available in French) or provide your own statement.

  • If using the withdrawal form, we will confirm receipt promptly (e.g., via email). To meet the deadline, ensure the notice is sent before the 14-day period ends.
     

Consequences of Withdrawal

Upon withdrawal:

  • We will refund all payments, including standard delivery costs (except for additional charges for non-standard shipping methods), within 14 days of receiving your notice.

  • Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless agreed otherwise.

  • We may withhold the refund until the returned goods are received.

  • You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of the withdrawal. You bear the cost of returning the items.

 

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

  • The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

    • Customised or personalised goods.

    • Perishable items or goods with expired dates.

    • Sealed items unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons.

    • Goods that have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

    • To withdraw, download the withdrawal form (available in French) or provide a clear statement of your intent to withdraw.
